Meet the founder
I was born in Greece and made UK my home in 2018. After graduating from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh in 2017, I’ve spent the past eight years helping people recover from musculoskeletal injuries and return to what they love, whether it’s work, fitness or competitive sport.
I currently work in professional football with Newport County AFC, amongst other contracts. Having grown up playing football myself, I understand the physical and mental demands of sport and the importance of effective rehabilitation and injury prevention.
I’m passionate about building genuine connections and helping people reach their full potential through evidence-based, result-driven care.
