Your care is always on a one-on-one basis with an expert clinician. No machines, no assistants, and no cookie-cutter programs—just real, intentional care designed for you. Everyone is different and special in their own way.
Recovery is just the beginning.
Every session includes a brief assessment, hands-on treatment, and integrative exercises tailored to your body. You'll leave with tools and insights you can use immediately.
Many clients feel better after their first session, especially when it comes to mobility, alignment, and tension. Long-term change takes time, but we’ll help you track small wins and keep you moving forward. It's not about band-aid solutions but getting to the root of the issue and addressing it.
We support a wide range of injuries and movement issues—from post-op recovery to repetitive strain, joint pain, and stiffness. Not sure if we can help? Book a first session and we’ll assess your needs. It's important to remember that everyone has different baselines and targets.
Absolutely. We meet you where you are—whether you’re easing back into movement or rebuilding after time away. Your care is designed to be supportive, progressive, and adapted to your current ability. We are able to help busy professionals, athletes, clients suffering from chronic conditions or acute injuries, as well as post-surgery rehabilitation.
TheraPhysio is designed to enhance the way you move—whether you’re strength training, running, or just staying active. We don’t replace your workouts—we help make them safer, more effective, and more sustainable.
No referral is required. You can book directly with us through the website by pressing the 'Book an appointment' button. No doctor's note or further medical evidence is required prior to your attendance. We are experienced in first contact assessment, diagnosis and management of conditions. If further input or referral outside the organisation is required, we have a duty of care towards you and will ensure this is done promptly.
Wear something you feel comfortable moving in—like athletic wear or stretchy clothes. Shorts are recommended for the best treatment experience. You may be asked to remove outer layers for hands-on work, so we recommend layers.
