Cancellation Policy

At TheraPhysio, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to all of our patients. To help us manage our schedule effectively and ensure availability for all patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for care.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
  
  

• Missed appointments (no-shows) without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.
  
  

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the clinic.
